Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Registration Fee: The registration fee of Rs. 5,000 for 6 Month's and Rs. 3,000 for 3 Month's is charged towards profile onboarding, screening, coordination, administrative processing, and matchmaking services. This fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, irrespective of the outcome of the matchmaking process.

2. Accuracy of Information & Indemnification: All information submitted by the client — including but not limited to education, profession, income, marital status, health, and family background — is provided by the client and is presumed accurate. Rishta 360 Rahnuma performs basic profile-level screening only and does not independently verify every detail. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Rishta 360 Rahnuma harmless against any claims, disputes, or losses arising from inaccurate, false, or misleading information provided by them or on their behalf.

3. Legal Eligibility: The client confirms that all candidates registered are of legal marriageable age as per applicable Indian law (21 years for males, 18 years for females) and are legally eligible to marry. Rishta 360 Rahnuma relies on client-provided declarations in this regard and does not conduct independent legal verification.

4. Nature of Service: Rishta 360 Rahnuma provides matchmaking and profile introduction services only. We assist families by identifying and sharing suitable profiles based on the client's stated preferences and requirements. Registration with our service does NOT guarantee engagement, marriage, acceptance, positive response, or compatibility from any individual or family.

5. Mutual Decision Process: Marriage decisions are entirely dependent upon mutual interest, personal choice, family preference, compatibility, and consent between both parties. Rejection, non-response, delayed response, or refusal from any family or candidate is a normal part of the matrimonial process and shall not be considered a service failure or negligence by Rishta 360 Rahnuma.

6. No Guarantee Policy: Rishta 360 Rahnuma does not provide any guarantee, warranty, or assurance regarding marriage finalization, engagement confirmation, response rate, acceptance rate, or successful alliance outcomes. Any person or organization claiming guaranteed marriage outcomes may be misleading clients.

7. Client Responsibility: Clients are expected to maintain realistic expectations and cooperate respectfully throughout the matchmaking process. Final selection, approval, rejection, communication, and decision-making remain solely between the concerned families and candidates.

8. Success Fee — Trigger & Timeline: The Rs. 25,000 success fee becomes payable upon written or verbal (WhatsApp/call-confirmed) mutual agreement between both families to formally proceed toward engagement, baat pakki, or marriage discussions — whichever is communicated first to Rishta 360 Rahnuma by either party. The fee must be cleared in full within 7 days of such confirmation.

9. Late Payment & Recovery Charges: If the Success Fee is not paid within the 7-day window specified above, the client shall additionally be liable for a flat recovery charge to cover costs incurred by Rishta 360 Rahnuma in following up on the outstanding payment, calculated as follows:

    Clients based within Nagpur: A flat recovery charge of Rs. 3,000, in addition to the outstanding Success Fee.

    Clients based outside Nagpur (outstation/interstate): Rishta 360 Rahnuma reserves the right to engage a third-party recovery agency to recover the outstanding Success Fee. In such cases, the client shall be liable for the outstanding Success Fee plus a flat recovery agency fee of Rs. 5,000, plus actual transportation, food, and accommodation expenses (where required) incurred by the recovery agency in the course of recovery — all of which shall be borne entirely by the client.

This recovery charge is a one-time flat charge applicable once the 7-day grace period lapses, and does not increase further with continued delay. Rishta 360 Rahnuma reserves the right to suspend further matchmaking services and withhold any pending introductions until the Success Fee and any applicable recovery charges are cleared in full.

10. Non-Circumvention: The client agrees not to bypass Rishta 360 Rahnuma to directly negotiate, engage, or finalize marriage discussions with a candidate introduced through our service, with the intent of avoiding the applicable Success Fee. Any such circumvention discovered by Rishta 360 Rahnuma shall render the Success Fee immediately payable in full, regardless of how the resulting alliance was finalized.

11. Completion of Service & Non-Transferability: Once both families mutually agree to formally proceed toward engagement, baat pakki, or marriage discussions, the matchmaking service of Rishta 360 Rahnuma shall be considered completed and successfully delivered. If, at any stage in the future, the engagement, baat pakki, or proposed marriage is cancelled, broken, postponed, or discontinued for any reason whatsoever, Rishta 360 Rahnuma shall not be liable or obligated to continue, restart, renew, extend, or provide further matchmaking services on the basis of the previous registration or earlier service. A fresh registration shall be mandatory for any new matchmaking process. All registrations and services are strictly non-transferable, non-adjustable, and non-reusable under any circumstances.

12. Verification Disclaimer: While Rishta 360 Rahnuma performs basic profile-level screening and verification, the final responsibility for independent background verification including financial status, education, employment, medical condition, legal matters, character assessment, and family investigation rests solely with the client family.

13. Code of Conduct: Any abusive behavior, harassment, pressure tactics, false allegations, misinformation, or submission of false details may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of membership without refund.

14. Privacy & Confidentiality: Personal contact details, photographs, and sensitive information will not be shared with any party without prior consent or explicit approval from the concerned client/family.

15. Photo & Media Usage Consent: The client consents to Rishta 360 Rahnuma using submitted photographs and biodata internally for the purpose of matching, verification, and coordination with prospective families. This is distinct from and does not override the confidentiality commitment that photographs will not be made publicly visible or shared outside the matchmaking process without consent.

16. Post-Introduction Liability: Once an introduction has been facilitated, any further communication, meetings, negotiations, or disputes between the two families are the sole responsibility of those families. Rishta 360 Rahnuma is not liable for any harassment, financial dealings, disputes, or outcomes arising between the introduced parties after the introduction has been made.

17. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

18. Amendment of Terms: Rishta 360 Rahnuma reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients already registered will continue to be governed by the terms in effect at the time of their registration, unless legally required otherwise.
